Herreshoff Saluting Cannon

Yachting's Classic Herreshoff Saluting Cannon - An authorized reproduction of L. Frances Herreshoff's Saluting Cannon is 16" long made of polished bronze, breach loads (except for Black Powder model) and fires 10 gauge blanks. Firing of the cannon is accomplished by striking the cascabel knob smartly with the wood mallet. The empty shell is extracted by running the mallet handle down the bore. Herreshoff Cannons have a distinguished history...they are an exact scale replica of the 9 lb British Naval Deck Cannon. Their worldwide appeal makes them a prized addition to any vessel or collection. Best of all...they're FUN to own and fire!
